Overview

This Refund Policy forms part of the SeenAndCited Terms & Conditions.

SeenAndCited is operated by EU Systems Ltd. Online sales are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who handles billing, refunds and related customer service on our behalf.

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of any paid subscription plan, as described below.

15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers may request a full refund of the initial subscription purchase within fifteen (15) calendar days of the original purchase date.

This applies to all paid subscription plans, including Starter, Pro and Agency.

Refund requests submitted after the 15-day period may still be considered by Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, on a discretionary basis.

Initial Subscription Purchases Only

The 15-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase for a plan.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscription renewals.
  • Plan renewals.
  • Additional usage charges.
  • Agency overage charges.
  • Additional monitored site charges.
  • Partial billing periods.

Renewal and usage-based charges may still be reviewed by Paddle on request where exceptional circumstances apply.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals.

Cancellation does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

Users retain access until the end of the current paid billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds outside of this policy where exceptional circumstances exist.

Any such refund remains entirely discretionary and does not create an ongoing entitlement.

How To Request A Refund

Refund requests can be submitted directly to Paddle, our Merchant of Record, through the buyer portal at paddle.net, or by contacting us at:

Requests sent to us will be reviewed and, where appropriate, forwarded to Paddle for processing.

Please include:

  • Account email address
  • Subscription plan
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for request

We aim to review refund requests promptly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
